Dr Harper has been seeing my mom for over 2 years. He is the most incredible, compassionate, competent dr I have ever interacted with, ranging from NICU to Primary Care. He is the only reason my mom is alive today, other than the Grace of God, which is as important and as significant and is not discounted.

Dr. Harper always leaves me in a better frame of mind, and in health. He is always 100% correct in his diagnosis, he is short, has been a God send. His warmth and patience are so encouraging, I could not do without him. His support staff and fantastic! There are not enough words to convey my appreciation and admiration for him!!!

If you have problems with your health and need a doctor with a background in Rheumatology, hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Dr. Frank Harper. He is not only a excellent doctor, he is also just as good a person you will ever meet. He does two things that nowadays are very hard to find in doctors, he takes his time with his patients and listens to them. He is not just my doctor, he’s someone I can call my friend. David C. Dr. Harper is one of the very few doctors who is sincere and wants to help you. He is kind and good- natured, what a doctor is supposed to be. I have only met one or two doctors in my lifetime like him. I am 75.

Dr. Harper is amazingly intelligent person. He is compassionate and will solve any problems you introduce to him. I recommend anyone who has any type of arthritis to make an appointment.

I am very thankful to Dr. Harper for getting me on the right medication Enbrel which took my joint pain away and the fear of being disfigured. He put me in remission and I am grateful! He cares and it shows, I love him! MS

Dr. Harper is great! He is a friendly and compassionate Dr. that cares if you are in pain and his staff is by far some of the best I have ever met- I have been with him for over 8 years and hope he continues to practice for much longer. Thanks Doc

My daughter was referred to Dr Harper for her fibromyalgia. She was denied becasue Dr Harper is full and dont have time for someone with Chronic Pain. As a mother who have to sit and watch her dau writhe in pain, this was a stab to my heart. I am so hurt at the fact he won't even see my dau and maybe refer her out to another doctor. Dealing with this disease is stressful but to have a doctor say he wont see her is very sad and depressing. Thank you Dr Harper for beinga COWARD.
