The administrative staff in Dr. Harmon’s office are rude, condescending and practice completely unethical financial business. They charge everyone who walks in the door $80 without even verifying insurance and say we may be reimbursed once insurance is verified. Providers are supposed to verify insurance before you even come into their office. The $80 is also never mentioned when you make your initial appointment. Then for the surgery, they will attempt to charge you for the full thing up front, regardless of your insurance benefits and then again tell you to gamble on possibly receiving a reimbursement. Absolutely not! I doubt I would have ever seen a reimbursement, but we will never find out because we have taken our business elsewhere.
