Terrible experience! Initially, friendly and knowledgeable. Abruptly, the day before my 2nd appointment, had and aide call and tell me he was dropping me because he thought I might just be seeking more and stronger opiates with absolutely no evidence of that. I made the mistake of texting him 3-4 times between appointments to tell him his treatment was not working and that I was still in terrible pain. I guess he wants the kind of patient that quietly accepts his treatment without comment. His office said I wasn't a good fit. He's right. If not wanting to continue an ineffective treatment makes me a 'bad fit' then so be it. I was seeing him to help with my pain. I thought that's what they did. I was wrong. They don't want what they condsider difficult patients!

Excellent Doctor. Taking time to address your concerns and answer questions. Very Compassionate and Very Relatable, he is 1 of if not The Best !

In the 20+years that I’ve had neck and back problems I’ve seen many different doctors in three different states. I can say without a doubt Dr Hackl is the most compassionate and knowledgeable Doctor I’ve had the privilege to have seen! I really don’t have the words to express how grateful I am to have found such an awesome doctor! His bedside manner is second to none! He also has had to deal with back problems and totally understands what you’re experiencing and does everything he can to get you relief! On a scale of 1-10 he is definitely a 20 in my book !! His nurses always have a smile and make you feel like you’re the only one that matters at that moment. Also his office personal are pleasant and always helpful accommodating in helping with scheduling you around your job or other appointments. I give him a BIG thumbs up! THANK YOU DR HACKL !!

i wouldn't even send my ex wife to him!! been going there and they finally blew it with me,,,, he assigned me to a dr who doesnt even know me, yet met me for the first time, and wants to try injections, and take away my pain meds when i asked to speak to dr hackl i was denied and told if i didnt like dr starkey, to look for another place to go... well guess what?? am waiting for a referral to someone else. youd think that after all the years ive been giving them business , bringing new clients to them theyd treat me better?? im nobodys guinea pig

The doctors in my experience at access pain solutions are great. Dr Van doran nurse is great. Every other staff member is a total ahole. Absolutely trash. I have been treated very rudely every single time I have been in there or even called unless I was dealing with Tina who was very kind or one of the doctors. Also there was some woman that I believe was a supervisor who was friendly. But seriously the front desk girls and some of the other nurses talk with enough $#ithat i posted this

This horrible Dr. damaged me for life, and then did nothing to treat or help me in any way. He fired me when he realized that he'd damaged me for life, damaging every disc in my neck and damaging nerve roots along the way. So, if you go to him for a nerve block and he damages you for life, you will not get any help, nor will any other Dr. treat you because Dr's are afraid of being involved in a law suit. Funny thing is, I never wanted to sue anyone, I just desperately needed help. BE AWARE

Dr. Hackl is great! I can relate to him since he served in the military. Thankful to have such an upstanding doctor.

HORRIBLE I was rescheduled three times because they didn't have their stuff together and no one communcated. The front desk staff ignore you when you come in and then get attititude, which I didn't have with them, when I tried to correct their error. Horrible front office staff and a doctor who acts like he is being inconvenienced by you. Back office staff was nice. Don't want to ever come back save your time and money.

Dr hackle is not the dr anyone should waste their time or money on he doesn't see his patients except only once h only does back injections thats it . I myself had to go to a hospital because of a medician and back injection he did and his nurses put me on the drs and nurses from the ospital called 5 times and told and faxed his office they told me to come in i did they said the hospital never called fired me saying they'll leave good note when they put horrible stuff on my record

Dr. Hackl truly cares for his patient's needs; he does not put the $dollar before what is best for the patient. He listens to the patient & gives his advice for treatment(s) that would most benefit the patient but never pushes a procedure on you. He is the best Pain Management doctor in the Tulsa area and I've seen quite a few.
