I found Dr. Grassi sympathetic, quick to show me test results with detailed explanation of what they showed and what treatments were available.

Dr. Grassi is extremely unsympathetic. When asking him questions, he answers in a condescending, non caring way. I’m am trying to care for my mother and he was assigned to her case at HealthPark. Every doctor, nurse, CNA we have encountered have been wonderful, except for Dr. Grassi. Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. So sad and so disappointing that HealthPark would allow someone to practice that interacts with other staff and patient families so poorly.

I was seen at Health Park Rehab after open heart surgery. He was extremely caring and attentive to my issues. I will continue to see him if I have any other issues.

I was referred to Dr. Grassi a Pulmonologist by my neighbor who is a Cardiologist. At the time I had both the Flu and Pneumonia and had been to my GP and an Urgent Care facility which had both missed diagnosed by symptoms and Physicians Regional ER which accurately diagnosed my symptoms but didn't have a complete solution. I wasn't improving and had lost 15 pounds in 8 days and no appetite whatsoever.Dr. Grassi reviewed my XRays and immediately prescribed the correct prescription and recovery.

When I ask a question from a doctor about my condition I need more than a shoulder shrug! When I call the office because I'm sick two different times and talk with someone on the staff who says they will check with the doctor and call me. I expect a call! When my doctor gives a prescription for oxygen equipment it is suppose to be taken care of. I should not have had to call several times over more than 2 weeks. I was lied to many times and told that it had been taken care of. Enough is enough!
