First I will say my son was referred here by his dentist. We have had nothing but problems from the beginning. They scare you with estimates before any insurance is billed. Then we scheduled the appointment. Got the new billing amount and a call to inform us and let us know what our responsibility was. Then called to confirm the pre surgical Dr appointment was okay which they said it was. Then they called and said they rescheduled the appointment because they didn’t get dr approval til the week before. Even though the dr was communicating with them for what they needed. Finally got the appointment rearranged back to the original date but early in the morning. Called to confirm appointment prior to surgery was again told the financial responsibility. Got to the surgical appointment signed the paperwork then sat and waited. After 15 minutes of the office clerks speaking amongst themselves they pulled me into a consultation room to inform me the financial responsibility thousands higher.

Dr. Farbod and his surgery staff were amazing! They provided me with perfect extraction of a tooth I had had for 70 years. It was easy, very professional, no pain during, no pain after, quick healing. I want everyone to know what a great dental service they are providing and how lucky I felt to be their patient.

What a wonderful friendly staff! They got me in in a decent time and from the first person at the front window to the Dr himself made my experience comfortable. Thank you all.

This doctor is extremely rude and condescending…we will be notifying our regular dentist to NEVER recommend using him for extracting wisdom teeth!

Dr farbod did the best job Possible helping me understand the severity of the procedure needed. He explained it in ways that were easy to understand and in ways I personally could relate to. He answered all my questions I threw at him and came back to make sure I understood them completely. The staff was excellent to work with and all this was done with a smile! I would highly recommend him to anyone asking!

This physician displays zero knowledge of the vast differences between Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes & is utterly incompetent to treat the former. An extremely diligent & well controlled Type 1 diabetic who was referred to this office to have her wisdom teeth removed was chastised for her diet, ordered to discontinue her insulin pump 2 hrs prior to surgery & lectured about her insurance. I suggest the provider, not the patient nor her insurance, is the issue. Shocking lack of basic medical knowledge.

Excellent care! Clean office, amazing staff. Everything was top notch, the equipment state of the art, the staff well trained and highly professional. They all helped with understanding the procedure and also with how the insurance works. I am pain free and very happy with how well everything went. Dr. Farbod really cares about his patients. He personally called me to make sure I was doing ok. I am more than impressed. Anyone who complains about this office doesn't know how good they have it and hasn't been anywhere else. I moved to Marquette from Chicago and feel like I got world class care in a tiny town! A real diamond in the rough. I am telling all my family back home in Chicago about him and they will for sure travel for such excellent care.

Today, Wed. Feb 12, 2020, I had my second experience with Dr. Frank Farbod. He and his staff were very caring, thoughtful, and very professional. I was totally satisfied with my procedure, the cleanliness, the total appointment. Thank you to all of you for your caring help.

I saw Dr. Farbod for surgical extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. Office and dental staff provided contradictory information regarding our-surgery requirements, while arranging the visit, and also regarding aftercare instructions on the day of the appointment. At my appointment, I was informed that the practice will not prescribe pain management for after the procedure, instead recommending over-the-counter medication. (I can emphatically report that this has not provided sufficient pain control.) The offices were cluttered and didn’t seem sterile; I was instructed to inhale from an already used albuterol inhaler, the nasal cannula the assistant placed also looked used. From the surgical suite, you could hear other patients moaning in pain. At the time of discharge, no written after-care instructions were provided. I would not recommend this practice.

Best care I’ve ever received. Everything was explained thoroughly and the surgery went perfectly. Dr Farbod is the absolute best.

Best experience with a medical office I have ever had! The staff was so nice and helpful and Dr. Farbod was very kind. Surgery went great and now I’m home resting. Glad I chose to see Dr. Farbod!

I needed a biopsy of a growth that I had on my face. Dr. Farbod did such a good job that you can’t even see a scar. He was also very understanding when I told him how nervous I was. I’m glad I had him do my surgery.

Dr Farbod is the best in his field. If you want “cheap” you don’t want quality. You get what you pay for! So do yourself a favor and go with a quality surgeon (Dr F!)
