Dr. Frank Evanov, MD

He's been my primary care for 30plus years. He has on multiple occassions diagnosed life threathening issues. He manages an office and staff that exemplifies his personal philosophy PATIENTS ALWAYS FIRST.My wife had another Primary Care doctor. He was young, very smart but with little bedside manner. My wife was always nervous with his white coat sense. He moved out of the area. I brought her to Doctor Evanov and she was amazed at his practice. She's diabetic and has many other complications. Dr Evanov totally rid her of her white coat syndrome. She absolutely love Dr Evanov. He's a great man.

I was a patient for over 30 years. Due to covid, I only went to a doctor when necessary. I went to specialists and had my results sent to him. He called each time, went over results and next steps. His wife even gave me her # so I could send a pic and not have to go into the office. I had an appointment on a Mon. My husband had an emergency and was admitted to the hospital on Fri. I called to cancel bc he wouldn't be out in time, but they were closed. Once out of hospital, he developed other issues and I had take him to another doctor on Tues. On Wed I received a letter telling me he was no longer my doctor! I called to ask why and for my medical records. They were rude and ultimately said I hadn't been in the office in several years and I didn't show or call for my appointment & even though they had them all, they are only required by law to give me 6yrs of records and that's all they gave me. I tried to explain and had no idea this had been a problem. I thought all was fine. Stunned!
