Outstanding Family Physician
I've been with tnis practice since 1991, first with Dr. Ronald Varns, and then with Dr. Frank Cibulka. Living in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, I wouldn't go anywhere else other than to see Dr. Cibulka at this Honor Heallth location. He takes the time to know me, my family, and my health status. I see him regularly once a year at least, and in between if any conditions are of a concern to me. Often I can email him through the MyChart system about a concern and I always get a reply within a day. Top Grades!

Dr. Cibulka listens to our health concerns and addresses them clearly so that we understand the practical plans of action he is recommending. This has been my doctor for over 20 years and I have found him to be knowledgeable beyond expectations. He actually listens to his patients and is personable as well. I've recommended him to several people.

Dr. Cibulka is not only a wonderful doctor but a great human being. Always concerned with your health and, unlike many doctors, your pocketbook. He’ll find a way to get you medications at a lower price if it’s at all possible.

I have been in AZ for 14 years always having trouble finding a good doctor. Dr. Cibulka was super. He didnt make me feel like I was just another number. He understood and handeled my condition with the upmost expertise and respect. He is down to earth, funny, and very easy to talk to. If you're having trouble finding a great Dr. like I had in the past, you have to come see him. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Frank Cibulka and his crew are excellent!! Alberta is always on the ball helping you in any way she can??I have been with him for years,and wouldn't want to change for any reason. I have reccommended him to everyone I know!! He knows so.....much, and explains things. To you in your language. Dr. Cibulka is the BEST,!!??I pray I can stay with him until the end!!??

The two times I saw Frank Cibulka, he was rushed & condescending. At my last visit (12/15) he was extremely rude & dismissive of my pneumonia symptoms. He interrupted me, and the nurse practitioner, when we attempted to explain my treatment history. He was sarcastic when I told him I had been having trouble breathing, saying you can breathe! His staff called later to advise me to go to ER; I was hospitalized for 5 days. His rude behavior is the reason my family will not return.
