Excellent service. Dr. Arlinghaus pinpointed my issues and prescribed appropriate treatment. Staff was friendly and provided great assistance in securing equipment needed. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Arlinghaus?? more like doctor Jerk, the staff was rude and Dr. Arlinghaus has the nastiest attitude. Worst customer service.....I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PRACTICE EVER AGAIN....SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THIER CLIENTS!!!!!

Phone busy for 4 days straight. Finally get thru and it is the answering service. Faxed request for Leslie to please call me. Call again and get answering machine. At lunch for two hours. Never received return call from faxed request. Finally get thru to nasty Leslie who tells me that she is the only person working there and I will always have to deal with her. Who speaks to clients that way? I run a medical practice and my staff is courteous always! Find another practice.
