HAD hand surgery....never told me about the extreme pain post OP.....no tel contact possible.... wish I never let him operate on my hand!!!!!!

He's the best Doctor I've ever had, for my ?? hands, His attention in my explanation of the problem is, explained and quick for the improvement of my hands. I don't change it for any other. Waiting for surgery...

I broke my wrist in May. 2 bones in my wrist were displaced. The doctor did 2 surgeries on my hand, which is still healing. I'm able to do almost everything I did before and I think once the last stitches are removed I'll be able to everything I could do in the past.

Dr Fernandez Schwartz recently performed surgery on my wrist (carpel tunnel). The entire medical team provided exemplary service. The pre post medical professionals were not only competent they were empathetic. They were knowledgeable, confident and compassionate. They were receptive to my needs and reassured me that I was in good hands. They explained each step in my treatment which alleviated my anxiety and fear. It is my hope, they serve as mentors to others for they are the cream of the crop. Dr Fernandez-Schwartz is a doctor to be respected and a man to be adored. Dr Schwartz-Fernandes is great in ever aspect of being a surgeon!! His office staff could use a little work at returning calls though!!!

He is compassionate, understanding, explains EVERYTHING. He takes his time, listens and does an exceptional job getting individuals back to ultimum health. I’m so sad he moved out of the Wesley Chapel area. He’s a great lost.

Indeed, Dr. Francisco Schwartz Fernandes is not Board Certified in the United States; only in Brazil. I contacted the American Board of Medical Specialties, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Board of Surgery of the Hand, American Board of Medical Specialties, American Society for Surgery of the Hand and these boards and society don't have any record for Dr. Francisco Schwartz Fernandes. I Do Not recommend getting medical recommendations from this Dr. For God's sake, seek advise from United States trained surgeons.

I went to see Dr. Fernandes, however, was disappointed he was not Board Certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He should try to get board certification and surely get more respect from the medical community.

Dr is very knowledgeable and explains very well. He was highly recommended by a previous patient.

I have know Dr. Fernandes 7 years. He has done multiple surgeries on myself and my mom! I love this Doctor to the moon and back....Hes very family oriented and take Time with every patient He come in contact with! To me he's a Big Teddy Bear....He's like Father Figure to me....He let me know what's going to happen before he touches you and Teach young high school and college students that are trying to go down the field in Orthopedics. Came to Dr Schwartz for a second opinion on a broken wrist. Another surgeon said that my wife's only option to line her bones back up was surgery, this was not true. Dr. Schwartz was able to do so without surgery!!!! Dr Schwartz is one of the best physicians and surgeons I've ever met!!!! (I've worked with doctors for 13 years)

He is a phenomenal Person and a renowned Hand/Orthopedic Surgeon. His experience and his humility is astonishing as he care about what each and every patient is going through and choose the absolute best option to correct the problem. I could have not made a better informed choice for Distal Radius Fracture.

My son broke his wrist in 2014 and when I called to make initial appointment they got us in quick. Dr. Schwartz-Fernandes was absolutely awesome. He was great with my son. Dr. Schwartz-Fernandes explained everything to where we could understand. I recommend everyone to Dr. Schwartz-Fernandes. My son had to have surgery due to a cyst found at the break site. Fortunately it was cancerous. Dr. Schwartz-Fernandes was very sensitive with our needs.
