for two times i did brood for harmony test witch never had the results, he said hi's on 70's and never did it. why should I do it

As a new patient I found Dr Rodriguez and his staff to be wonderful. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Rodriguez was both knowledgeable and efficient. I have confidence in the care they provide.

I was there on Friday 04/14/2023 I was a new patient because I am not coming back The front staff is horrible ..I said good afternoon no answer , I was waiting months for this appoint, I called 5 times to make sure about my insurance I they told everything is ok . Today I went to my lab appoint at the office and the lady in front desk told. Oh you cannot do your labs because your insurance doesn't have the doctor PCP assign. I called 5 times before my appointment with ref number all information to make sure nothing happen in my appoint. So on Friday she didn't told anything but on Tuesday today at lab appoint they found out about my insurance. The lady very rude. NO MORE
