Dr. Francisco Padilla, MD

Experienced extreme medical gaslighting by Dr. Padilla. He constantly ignored my symptoms leading to delayed diagnosis. He kept telling me the symptoms were a result of something else I was doing. He was very disrespectful & condescending. Even after bringing him evidence & tests performed by another local Dr that solidified my concerns as being absolute diabetic complications, he disregarded me at every turn. His staff were just as bad. When I needed samples of the only insulin that worked for me which my insurance did not cover, his staff laughed & said that would be the last sample I received from them. They made every interaction more difficult. I could go on & on about my negative experiences there … Consider another Endocrinologist. There are plenty of other reputable Dr’s in the area.

Excellent doctor - very professional and pleasant. I recommend him to anyone who needs an Endocrinologist.

He has helped me get my type 1 diabetes under MUCH better control. Very knowledgeable, and you can tell he cares.

The front desk staff gave such a poor first impression that I will never know anything about the providers. My appointment was confirmed twice early in the week and cancelled the day of because the provider was on vacation all week and I was scheduled in an incorrect time slot. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. I felt like I learned all I needed to know about this practice and I was very underwhelmed.

Front office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Lab results are not reviewed in a timely manner. Very poor commucation between office staff and Dr. Takes 2+ months to get a "problem visit"

Dr. Padillla is soft-spoken, kind, thorough, sincere, and more. I feel he is just as trustworthy. He thoroughly explains what is happening and what we were we going to do. Appointments are almost always on time. If not, there are apologies offered.

I felt that Dr Padilla was very thorough with his new patient exam and explained everything very well for me to understand.
