I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with the staff at this facility and Dr. De Lima himself. He has shown nothing but compassion and care during my monthly visits. He’s helped change my life and has me in the best health I’ve been in over 15 years. I’m very thankful to have found such a great and caring doctor.

This 'physician' just makes you feel worse.
Extremely judgmental and not one shred of compassion! Staff were great; he was far from it. It was because of his staff that I gave the one star.

Refused patient Appointment
I had a confimed appointment Dr. Lima and I paid my co pay waited patient for 15 minutes and then was told the doctor would not see me because the office booked a 15 minute appointment instead of 30 minutes. The proper way to handle this was to meet with me for 15 minutes introduce himself and then ask to book a longer appointment. He was unprofessional and lazy and his staff agreed with me an apologized for his unprofessional behavior. The address is 5 Founders way in Willimantic through Hartford Healthcare. There are some great healthcare providers with Hartford Healthcare but avoid this doctor until he is replaced.
