Not responsive to our family's needs. We have a time critical issue and her office hasn't responded in days. No point in having a doctor if they aren't available when you need them and we are given no alternatives from the hospital.

Dr. Natividad has been amazing for our family. She took time going over my seizure information, which finally led to a diagnosis that doctors in the past ignored. She was compassionate and very caring when she told me that I had cancer. I couldn't envision seeing anyone else.

So went to my pcp 2 weeks ago. My A1C went up slightly. So she accuses me of eating poorly. Tells me I need to take a picture of everything i eat n drink. Come back today and provide proof of what i eat. So I did this.....even though I thought it was rude. She then today tells me that I'm lying about what I eat. My punishment is she wants to take me off my meds for my fibromyalgia. She calls Walgreens and checks that i have filled my insulin every month.

Gave me and my husband complete attitude for having a few things to ask during my husband's physical. She was actually offended that we wanted to address some health concerns he was having. She actually laughed at us for writing down on a piece of paper the things we wanted to know. Unreal.
