Great Doctor
Dr. Hussey is one of the best doctors I have seen. Knowledgeable and extremely good at executing his treatment plans. He's efficient t, but he's correct. I also think he's because he doesn't want patients to spend unnecessary time waiting in his office. the staff is professional and caring. I have been a patient for over 20 years! I would highly recommend

Bad.news
I was a patient of the somewhat grumpy Dr. Hussy for seven years. We had a great relationship. One day I walked in and they had changed office policies without any notice. I’ve never had this happen to me before but no you had to do a drug test before you saw the doctor. They never informed us of this as his longtime patients but I sure got yelled at when I protested. The test device fell apart in my mouth even though it had reacted the right way I was still asked to take another one. Actually, I was an asked I was yelled at across the waiting room that I wouldn’t see the doctor if I didn’t give them another test. I was so offended at being treated so rudely that I walked out . A couple weeks later I got a letter saying I was terminated from his practice. This is the only issue I have ever had with this doctor and I was shocked. And you’re right they don’t answer the phone they have hours that they post, but they don’t keep. Time for me to move on .

I tried to make an appointment after calling the doctor’s office. I spoke to an unpleasant lady who seemed reluctant to make the appointment.I was asked to make an unusual formal request by ‘fax’ to be contacted again. May be the fact that I was a Medicare/AARP insured patient didn’t help??? I decided to go else where in view of the circumstances. MG

Pure Frustration…..
If your looking for a Dr. and an office staff that doesn’t answer the phone, return your messages or spends 5 minutes reviewing your issues with you than this is the place for you. The office staff is rude, inept and clearly has not had any customer service training. Patients are seen as nothing more than an “insurance claim with an MRI” waiting in line for any type of pain relief. I would urge you to consider any office other than this one unless you are willing to put up with this nonsense. An example of medical care and services at its worst. Surprised no one in a leadership role at NASA has addressed this issue with Dr. Hussey. Apparently fee generation is the most important metric at this location.

10 years ago he was a compassionate and effective physician. Now I get the feeling he cares most about his $700+ fee for a TEN MINUTE appointment. And his staff, bad before are even WORSE now- if you can even get them on the phone. They're rude, self-entitled and the office mgr 'Bobbi' thinks SHE'S the doctor! The staff of a physician treating chronic pain could at least PRETEND to care about the patients who pay their checks. I've been hung up on, left on hold over an hour and 'Dr. Bobbi' is woefully misinformed about CDC prescribing laws and 'guidelines' to say the least. What's worse is you cannot get to Dr. Hussey without having to navigate this uneducated band of prima-donna nimrods. Sad, very sad. Poorly run office is an understatement. Can't say enough bad things about this pitiful, self-entitled staff of idiots.

Terrible staff. Will not return calls to answer questions. Charges exorbitantly for services. Apparently the current rates are $700/15 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr. Hussey since 2011 for nerve damage started by a birth defect and worsened by 'corrective' surgeries many years ago. I have found Dr. Hussey to be extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and competent. His staff has always been professional, kind and considerate. Dr. Hussey and the staff do an excellent job processing patients through and keeping to the designated appointment times.

I agree with all the negative reviews for Dr Hussey and his staff. I had excruciating pain during a spinal epidural he performed and his attitude toward me as a patient and concern for my well being were totally absent. After the procedure it was impossible to get any information from him or his staff as to what went wrong with my procedure and why I had the excruciating pain. I never heard back from then despite my numerous phone calls and e-mails. I would NEVER go back to him.

Dr Hussey is an extremely caring and more importantly highly qualified pain management specialist. He is readily available and always seems to have a new treatment modality to try in the difficult management of chronic pain. I hold him in the highest regard!

Dr. Hussey is excellent and his staff is outstanding. The procedure was thoroughly explained and Dr. Hussey did not rush in reviewing my MRI with me before I was taken into the procedure room. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Hussey explained what he was doing and was responsive to my questions. This is a highly competent, compassionate practice.

I would NEVER AGAIN see this "Dr." If he was the LAST Dr. on Earth,& some1 paid me money to go!! He's the absolute WORSE, most ARROGANT, & MOST RUDE "doctor" I've EVER seen!! He was HORRIBLE in general. It was a HUGE waste of my time & the ridiculous amount of money he charged for nothing. He asked me questions & cut me off~EVERY TIME I went to answer. My insurance wouldn't pay for my MRI, his office staff said~because they don't consider him a real doctor & neither do I. Don't waste your money!

My experience was nothing short of fantastic. Dr Hussey is well versed on both up and coming medication, and also on what has been tried and true. I felt Dr Hussey was very confident, which made me feel that I picked the right doctor. It was a wonderful experience and I have been going to him ever since this initial appointment. Thank You for your attentive staff as well!!

Quite frankly I was nervous after reading the couple of reviews submitted for Dr. Hussey. Yes the facility is out dated and the staff is a little rough around the edges BUT my experience with Dr. Hussey was top notch. I would absolutely go back to him without question. He was very nice and explained the process very clearly. I had a few complications (nothing of his doing) and he called me from his cell phone on his way home later that day to check on me. Dr. Hussey really showed he cared.

CANT SURVEY THE BOC AS I NEVER GOT TO SEE HIM HIS STAFF IS SO SCREWED UP,RUDE AND BRASH THAT THEY MESSED UP ON MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND THEN CANCELELED ME OUT OF THE SYSTEMM SO I DROVE AN HOUR TO FIND THIS OUT. I HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE RWEEK O SEE HIM AS HE ONLY SEES NEW PATIENTSONCE A WEEK FOR HALF A DAY. WISH I HAD AN ALTENATIVE

The office is dark and dank and smells of food odors. The staff is short with patients, but not as short as Dr. Hussey. His time on the links must be far more important, than the very brief time he spends with his patients. The communication level is non existent, and records and referrals were never sent to my doctors. Dr. Hussey's attitude was condescending at best, and did nothing to answer or ease fears and questions. The staff often does not answer the phone, rolling to message.
