Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

No consideration for patients time. Our time is just as valuable as the medical professionals. Appointment scheduled for 10:30am arrived early to a very full waiting room and sat for over 1.5 hours to be seen. If I didn’t really need to see the Dr on this day I would have left. Will be looking for another Dr.

Terrific doctor
The only thing I can fault him on is the long wait times. That said, I am more than happy to put myself through it because he is that good at what he does. I trust him & appreciate his caring & professional demeanor. He spends time explaining things & answers all of my questions. Best ophthalmologist I have ever seen. Staff is exceptional as well.

arrogant Doctor who thinks he knows more than all of his colleagues, disrespectful to the patient's waiting time in the office. unnecessary procedures or false claims to charge the patient is what you get when you visit this office.

I had an unsettling experience at Dr. Falck’s office today. Long waiting times in a crowded waiting room are the norms for Dr. Falck’s office - an inconvenience that I’ve been willing to accept, pre COVID-19. While waiting room staff was wearing masks and gloves, the COVID-19 patient safety protocols in place today were not sufficient to control the flow and number of patients. Mask wearing and social distancing requirements, in many cases, were not being met by patients, i.e. an elderly patient wearing a mask - totally open at the bottom - coughing as she walked in front of people in the waiting room. The level of environmental safety that I expect from my healthcare providers was not met today. Regretfully, I will not be returning.

I am having the same problem with my mother 2-4 hours late for appointments and now I am asking why she has had several appointments and high bills when she is just asking for a new eye glass prescription. And now the office manager can not explain the bills and what is going on. Now they are not answering any calls. I don’t trust what is going on and why my 84 year old mother is getting this large bills. The office manager response is don’t worry the insurance is paying for it.

After years of regular appointments, Dr. Falck has never been less than 2 hours late for my appointment, and he is completely unapologetic about it. He leaves the exam room doors open during appointments, so you can sit in your exam room and listen to him shoot the breeze with other patients long after their appointment has finished, and he sees no need to cut the conversation short to get to the other patients who have been waiting for hours.

Unprofessional! I waited in the waiting room and in the patient room several times for over two hours. One time I left the patient room and began walking down the hall as I heard him talking politics for a half hour with another patient, but he caught me and urged me to stay. I had two excellent cataract surgeries by him, but he strung me along with many glaucoma appts for which now there is no evidence of. My mother's Medicare was charged $600 for an eyelash removal. We have left his practice.
