Dr. Francis Collini, MD

I selected this practice for some minor beauty treatments because of Dr. Collini’s impressive education and training. With all due respect to my own profession as a nurse, I really appreciated and preferred to have an actual General and Plastic Surgeon provide my care; as opposed to going to a Med-Spa for example. The Doctor & Medical Assistant were both wonderful, and his nurse even called to check on me and to let me know that they were available over the holiday & weekend if I needed anything.

I was impressed that the procedure went so well and was very glad I went to him for it, as opposed to other options .

Anytime I have gone to Dr Collini he always spends the time to listen and understand my need and then has never disappointed with meeting the need at hand. The work he does exceeds my expectations always and I really appreciate the time spent from him and his team to assure I’m satisfied.

I suffered from a terrible chronic illnesses since 9yrs. In a time when I needed medical attention for a serious umbilical hernia (2nd one) after multiple abdominal surgeries I came to Dr. Collini. I was suspended of the general surgeons—all they offered me was mesh and my hospital roommate died from complications due to mesh as many did. As you guessed there were class action lawsuits that followed. My good instinct was to ask Dr. Collini: what would your approach be? He surprised me as the only one providing me another option—NO MESH! He repaired the muscles manually. I am today one less casualty of the mesh debacle thanks to his innovative thinking and steady hand.

Dr. Collini and his staff are simply the BEST! He changed my life more than once and I cannot thank him enough! Professional, caring, responsive... everything we want and expect from a doctor!!!

Dr. Collini is an absolute genius at his craft. I broke my nose playing sports years ago and had serious breathing problems due to the trauma. My nose wasn’t only physically crooked, as seen in the photo, but my internal valves were being blocked as well. I was afraid to have my nose fixed, until I found Dr. Collini. The after photo shown is only Two Weeks post operation. I didn’t bruise and barely had any swelling. Doc completely cleared out my airways, opened my valves, and straightened the bridge of my nose. He has a great hand to be able to reconstruct my nose, and have me walk out without any bruising and minimal swelling. I can breathe again!! And having a straight nose also boosts my confidence! It was a win win. Dr. Collini’s staff is amazing as well. Big thanks to Ronnie, Anthony, Amy, Susan, and everybody else who showed me the best care. The office worked with my insurance, and minimized my out of pocket costs, which was really nice.

All of the staff at the Renaissance Center are attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, making for a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Collini is an expert in his practice, and, takes time to listen to your needs and concerns. Communication between everyone involved in your care is excellent. The facility is very clean and comfortable. You are aware that you are in good hands when being treated by Dr. Collini. I wouldn’t trust anyone but him if you need or are considering a procedure. It’s the only place to go, and, I give him 5 stars. I am a nurse who is very picky about the doctors that I choose.

Dr Collini is wonderful !! Had 2 procedures done with him- breast reduction and a tummy tuck. Results are phenomenal!! I cannot thank him enough. Felt very comfortable during my procedure and post op care. The overnight suite is comfy, cute, clean, and I got the best care by nurse Susie. No issues whatsoever. Dr. Collini always answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and safe! Highly recommended

I go to him for all my mole removals whenever I notice a mole change. He never charges me for a mole check if I do not need anything removed, and if I do need a mole removed, he removes it immediately. Then the scar from the mole removal is small and thin like a paper cut. The scar disappears after several months with the use of a scar cream, he recommends. One time I ripped my stitches, and he answered my phone call immediately at 10:30 pm on a weeknight then had me come into his office immediately to stitch me back up. I also got my nose done by him after breaking it several times from playing sports. The surgery improved my confidence, and I no longer suffer from pain and migraines. I was scared to get the surgery, but his team made me feel comfortable and safe before and after the surgery. I have sent several of my friends and family members to get moles and cists removed from him. My one friend loved my new nose so much she decided to get her nose done by him too.

Dr. Collini is truly a class act. Not only is he incredibly personable, he is extremely knowledgable, patient, and has a great sense of humor! (And that never hurts! Laughter is the best medicine!) I've known several people who have had procedures done with him, both emergency and not, and every time they came out with stellar results. The icing on the cake is that everyone involved in their practice is so friendly! Go to Dr. Collini - you'll be glad you did!

Dr. Francis Collini has done different services to many of my family members, which they are very satisfied about. My personal experiences continue to be wonderful and helpful with Dr. Collini. Whenever I have a question or concern about plastic surgery, he is my first choice. The office staff and nurses are all very welcoming and pleasant as well.

Extremely caring and compassionate staff. they go out of they way to care if their patients, even after office hours! I could always reach a staff member with any questions or concerns.

Thank you to Dr. Collini and his staff. Because of a sick pet and being in a rush to get out of my house I ended up with a trip to the emergency room. The ER doc referred me to Dr. Collini to repair a gash on my upper lip. It was late but Dr. Collini stayed afterhours to see me. The care and kindness that he and his staff gave me was wonderful. They made me feel comfortable thru a very stressful evening. The stitches are now gone and the results are wonderful. Thank You Again!!

Dr. Collini saved me so many times! From infections, to mole removal, to liposuction, to skin removal, and tumor removal, he is a miracle worker! I can't say enough amazing things about him!

After I had kids and breastfed them I was left with deflated dog ears for boobs. The worst part was I worked hard to get my body back and was actually in the best shape of my life after I had kids, except for my boobs! Since no amount of working out or eating right would bring them back from the sad state they were in I started looking into what my options were. Deciding to get breast implants was the best decision I could have made!
