Skilled and Caring Primary Care Physician
I am grateful to be a long-time patient of Dr. Frances Russo. She is everything one could want in a primary care physician-knowledgeable, skilled, caring and a great coach to help me be my healthiest self. The time and attention she provides in office visits, her knowledge of nutrition, health issues women face and her excellent communication skills makes you know you are cared for by an outstanding physician.

Takes the time to answer all my questions
I have been seeing Dr. Russo for 3 years and she is wonderful. She takes the time to review my vitamins, diet, exercise regimen and gives me practical advice. She seems prepared for our visits and has everything in front of her......no redundant questions, no flipping thru paperwork for results----more time for my questions! I don't feel rushed and I take notes and feel each visit was worth my time. I am very happy I switched!

I absolutely love Dr Frances Russo. I have been seeing her since 2012, even despite moving out of the area. She will always recommend the best course of action and is not quick to prescribe unless you really need it. She is a great listener, does not rush, and spends a lot of time with each patient. It's truly a relief to find a primary care doctor that I can trust and not second guess. Even my husband is thinking of switching to Dr Russo as I have spoken so highly of her over the years.

She is a very competent doctor, I would probably consider her an excellent doctor if not for her demeanor and other practices. I find her rude, phony, and she has insisted on appointments for medicine refills when none are needed. Billing insurance for unnecessary appointments maybe? Whatever. I've had it with her attitude and I am searching for another doctor.

You would think that with two Doctors at this practice at least one of them would hold office hours on New Years eve. I spent mine in misery because of a medication problem. It was either that or a hospital visit.
