Best doctor I’ve ever had.
Dr. Frances Cruz Pacheco is a blessing! She is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She really cares about patients and their health. After 20yrs trying to find a good doctor in this area, God led me to her. Believe me when I say I have seen many doctors and she is absolutely the very best!!!

Worst Experience Ever
I switched medical insurance and someone recommended me Dr. Cruz. When I entered the office the front desk ladies were nice, but when I went in to one of the rooms and met Dr. Cruz she didn’t even greet me or even introduce herself until she was typing something and asked a few questions and then introduced herself. When the visit was over she didn’t even use her manners to tell me to even have a nice day, at least I had the decency to tell her have a nice day. LITTLE THINGS MATTER and I feel like when you’re a new patient going to a new doctor you would have a high expectation of professionalism… no not at ALL. She even messed up my prescription that I clearly wrote on in the information papers????
