Office staff has very little insurance or admin knowledge, very poor at communication with patients. Office is hot, cramped, and difficult to locate. No online resources available (e.g. patient portal, email, etc.), so managing appointments, updating insurance, listing medications, completing paperwork, and accessing medical history is difficult. Doctor prone to repeating herself without actually saying much. She does not prescribe controlled substances.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ouseph for almost 12 years now. She truly cares and listens to me. She always has time to answer questions. When I need an emergency phone consult, I know I can count on her to call me back promptly. What I find so wonderful about her is that she cares for me as a whole person not just my psych issues. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend her without reservation.

Dr Ouseph is a sweet lady who really seems to care for patients. She was able to stop my depression cold with the addition of a third medication that no other physician had ever got right. She keeps trying no matter what your circumstances appear to be. I would recommend her without reservation.

I've seen Dr. Ouseph for several YEARS. To me, she is easy to understand and listens very well. She IS interested and concerned in my "overall health" on EVERY VISIT.
