I absolutely love Dr. Mauro. She is so kind and my baby loves her! She takes time and answers questions with real answers. I love that she is not one to jump to medication right away and is extremely knowledgeable. The nurses at the practice are also so sweet, it is always a good experience going!

Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Mauro as a physician. Our whole family loves her and find her extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. My only complaint is that many others must agree, since it can be pretty hard to get on the schedule!

All of my experiences with Dr. Mauro have been excellent! She does not rush through the apointment. She asks questions, allows me time to anser and allows me time to ask quesitons. Additionally, she comes up with creative ideas regarding treatment plans. She is not quick to push medication for various ailments. I think she is wonderful!

The staff is the rudest staff I've ever dealt with in my entire life. The nurses rush through the initial visit. The are rude and talk down to you. The assistants are all rude. Dr. Mauro takes a very long time to return calls or messages. I have no idea why, as a team, they are all extremely challenging to work with. Frustrating.
