Hernia operation
Dr. Filicori performed surgery on my husband's hernia. What should have been a minor operation turned into a nightmare. The procedure was at 7:30 am, my husband didn't leave the recovery room until after 10:00pm. There were complications from the surgery but Dr. Filicori was nowhere to be found. Finally at 6:00pm he called in but by then a catheter was needed to urinate, the bladder was at maximum capacity. The doctor didn't bothered to follow up and even forgot to schedule an appointment to remove the catheter. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor

Dr. Filicori is a brilliant surgeon. His advice was extremely valuable during the consultation. He listened and was understanding of all of his patients under his care. He explained exactly how the procedure would be done and what to expect afterwards. He’s there to listen to any concerns that may occur. His dedication to his patient and his incredible work is why I highly recommend Dr. Filicori.

Dr. Filicori was a joy to be around. He made my surgery and post-op experiences, very relaxing and re-assuring. I would recommend him again & again. Very knowledgeable and old-school- emotionally vested in his patients.

Excellent overall experience. Pre-op, operation and post-op were all first-class. He is young, smart, very capable and- a rarity these days- available to answer questions or concerns. I would recommend him without reservation for bariatric surgery.

Great. Personable, explained the tests that were required, what to expect and answered my question without making me feel that I was taking up his time away from another patient.
