Based on his review's, I was hesitant to make an appointment with him. However it was only based on two reviews that he rated 1 star. So I decided to scheduled the appointment for my husband. I must say that it was the best the decision I made. My husband had been diagnosed with AMC at Coral Springs Health. I was told he was not eligible because of his age to get a bone marrow transplant. When I related that information to Dr. Vargas, the first thing he said “That is not true”. To make a long story short. My husband participated in a clinical study. He was in remission immediately. In less than a year, he received his bone marrow transplant. My husband is 75 years old and is doing great. Dr. Vargas, his nurse practitioner Judith are Amazing! When you are with Moffitt, you are with FAMILY because that’s how they make you feel. MOFFITT with Dr. Vargas!
