Dr. Fernando Tuvera, MD

I was seen by F.Tuvera for a sore throat, constant headache, and overall not feeling well for more than 2 wks. He walked in, looked at my throat and said "not red" and then proceeded to tell me I wasn't sick. He literally was in the room for LESS THAN A MINUTE. Did not look in my ears, listen to my lungs-nothing. Only looked at my throat and told me how I should feel based on that. I asked him to run a CBC and strep test on me. He did and said he would call me with results. I received the results the following day. I had an elevated WBC along with a few others all which indicated infection. My kidney function was also low. He called me 4 days later and told me all my blood work looked fine. (I still have this on voicemail) THE SAME DAY I saw "doctor" Tuvera, I went to a walk-in clinic because I know my body and knew I was sick. They ran test there & sent them off for cultures and the strep test grew not only 1 but 2 different bacterias. I was off for more than a week trying to heal.
