Dr Bobis is fabulous, lays everything on the table for you to make and educated decision and will also look to alternatives if you ask other then to standard medications. I have been going to him for about 8 years and trust his opinions, he’s never been pushy to take medication but will Educate you well and be very clear without trying to rush you out the office. I love the new office he’s in with staff that is friendly and knowledge, thanks Doc keep up the great work always a pleasure to see you.

Very Caring and Thorough
I have found Dr. Bobis to be very thorough during my visits. He consistently takes the time needed to review my history and testing results. He will then make recommendations as part of a treatment plan to address the items he believes deserve attention. I appreciate the time spent with Dr. Bobis and will be understanding whenever I see that he is running late with my scheduled visit as I believe this is due to his level of caring for each individual patient.

I have visited the office of Dr. Bobis for over a year and it is the most unorganized office I have ever been to. I always have to wait for over 2-3 hours per visit is the average. With or without appointment, but Im patient and he is a good doctor. But, there is no management of the waiting area. They have no regards for the safety of their clients who wait. Today I went in just to get my results from my blood work. Since I know there is always a wait I asked how long would it be. The front desk attendant said I only have 2 people ahead of me and it shouldn't take long. After 2 hours of waiting I decided to leave to go to work and I was in a crowded waiting room with one person who is not wearing a mask and the staff says nothing to him and lets him stand my the desk and talk all over an area where all your clients must go through for 20 minutes. And the cups for drinking water are the pee cups and were there the last 2 weeks when I went to do my blood work. Sorry not for me.

Dr. Bobis is a fantastic and thorough doctor. I have a rare, rare disease and he was super interested in learning about it when I first presented. He has my overall health in mind, which I really appreciate. Wait times in the office are ridiculous. However, I don't believe this GP's office is any different than any other in the country. You work around it -- be the first appointment or one of the last appointments -- figure it out. This is healthcare in America today. And post-covid, it will become even harder to navigate, but we will have to adapt. Thank you Dr. Bobis and the staff.

Ridiculous wait time. After 90 minutes I left without being seen. The office manager behaved as if I was some kind of jerk for asking for my copayment to be refunded, saying, 'I told you there was one person in front of you." Yeah. After the first hour wait. That one person in front of me was called in to see the doctor 30 minutes later at which point, I was done. The doctor is excellent. His nurse is excellent. The scheduling and attitude is ridiculous.

I finished my visit with Dr. Bobis and I will be 100 percent honest I was upset about the long wait. But theres a silver lining- he was an amazing doctor. He treated my migraines and the infection I had in my ear. I would wait a thousand hours to see a trustful doctor. I felt miserable when I got there and pissed about the wait but after seeing him- I'm glad I waited!!! He made me feel like everything was going to be fine and that is what you want in a doctor; a doctor that cares and will treat

Dr. Bobis office is a chaotic nightmare. The office overbooks patients three times past what they are capable of handling. They continually lied to me about my appointment, and treated everyone like cattle. The free NYC clinic is a better experience. This is the worst doctor's experience I have ever had in my entire life. This office should be ashamed of itself for lying to its patients daily about their capacity. The nurses are overbooked and overworked. DO NOT COME HERE. WAIT TIME IS 2.5HR+

Several problems. 1) The doctor always overbooks, which leads patients to wait for over an hour to see him. 2) He is a part of a practice. Even if you make an appointment with him, you might be forced to see someone else. 3) His stuff are probably the most inept office people I've seen. It is routine for them to speak to patients loudly so that anyone in the waiting room can hear other people's personal info. They are also pretty rude. I don't need warmth, I am from NY, but they are pretty rude.

I don't often write reviews for things, but I wanted to leave some comments here because my appointment with Dr. Bobis was such a good experience. I went in for my annual physical, but had a particular concern. Dr. Bobis talked with me at length about the issue and made sure he was looking at it from all angles. He was very reassuring, patient, and thoughtful. I felt respected and cared for, and will definitely be going back for my future primary care needs.

Dr. Bobis was excellent, very patient, and explained everything! I was able to be seen quickly, without an appointment. I had a horrible case of poison ivy, that just kept getting worse. He prescribed medicine to treat the infection and stop the itching. Within one day, what progressively got worse over a three week period, started to get better! Certainly fixed my problem, will definitely be back.
