I have had a very positive experience
I have found the reception staff to be nice and helpful. I have been a patient for over 5 years. When I have called in for medical advice, consultation the response was on point and a call with Dr. Liang scheduled right away.I have few health issues, but when ill I was taken care of very fast. I think Dr. Liang is forthright and will not hesitate to collaborate with other specialities if needed. I have found her referral network very good. I also think patients must be prepared with proper questions and be able to pinpoint what they feel is needed for their own health. I think the office is furnished simply and not fancy. I recommend Dr. Liang and her team

Rude Reception
I really liked Dr. Liang. She's attentive and connects personally, explains things and answer questions clearly. She's really nice and pleasant. HER STAFF, however, majorly lack the element of care that should be a natural inclination in this industry. Absolutely rude reception on every level, disregarding the stress of the patient. They act like they hate their work and people. For this reason, I stop going there. I hope Dr. Liang can have a say with staffing in the future.

Uncaring
I had blood tests run on order from dr. Liang and some came out very bad. I received the results via MyChart and was not notified by dr. Liang. When I called her office to talk to the doctor about it I was told (1) that the doctor didn’t have the results yet and (2) couldn’t talk to me about it via telemed for several weeks. The next day I went to the ER where I was referred to an oncologist. Things turned out ok but I never went back to see dr. Liang.

Does not"choose" to assist with disability insuran
I had been to her office for about a year to help me with a mysterious onset of sudden leg weakness to the point I had to be in a wheelchair. I had short term memory loss and blurred vision as well. This resulted in me being unable to perform my job and I was put on an unpaid FMLA from work but they said I could recoup portion of my salary with short term disability benefits. I called and requested if she could assist with the form since I was under her care. The staff told me Dr. Liang does not do short term DI assistance for her patients. I said I don't understand I'm under her care, she's an MD, how can she not do DI certification? The staff said "Dr. Liang 'chooses' not too. The attending physician is the most vital part of moving forward. I had spoken to her PA during my visits that I may have to take a medical leave and the doc did not disclose her stance on refusing to fill out disability forms. I would have been able to find another provider at that point. F-

I have a history of cancer. I had a screening mammogram scheduled but found a lump and on the advice of my former surgeon called Dr Liang's office to ask her to request a diagnostic mammogram. The receptionist said she'd leave a note for the nurse. No response. I had the screening mammogram, and now have a diagnostic one scheduled for next week. The radiology staff were very concerned that my primary care physician's office paid so little attention.

I have been under Dr Liang's care for about 2 years now. She provides excellent care, helped me navigate a weight loss situation which has worked fantastic, is responsive- always responding to question same day. Great front office staff, who are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't make you wait in a line to be get attention from a line of admittance staff, where only 1/3 is helping patients, like Sansum. I am grateful for Dr Liang caring for my health and highly recommend her.

I have been going to Dr. Liang for a few months now, and she has been great. However, her staff are very unhelpful. They recently told me I would need to come into the office to receive a prescription antibiotic for a UTI, but then told me that Dr. Liang was booked for following week and I could not be squeezed in. When I told them my situation was urgent, they showed no sympathy regarding my situation, and instead told me I need to go to urgent care.

1. Only she will do gyno exams, they make u come in for everything 2, I complained of itchy skin she gave me cream and said I had a callous, she said, really scrub it. I did, it ulcerated, it was psoriasis. 3. She ordered a CT scan, for numbness. I went to a ortho he said, no CT but an MRI less radiation turns out I , have primary MS. I had elevated liver enzymes, and high, cholesterol 299 no treatment. turns out I have rare auto immune liver disease. Seems more holistic vs traditional.
