Doesn’t care about patients
We made an appointment 3 months and asked for an afternoon appt due to my daughter being in school. We arrived 40 min before her appt time I had confirmed with the office staff my daughter would be there for her appt. We made a 4.5 hour round trip for this appt. We were greeted at check saying my daughter needed to get a xray before seeing the Dr. my daughter went to xray which only took 15 min from registration to walking back to her appt. All the staff had left but one lady stating the doctor had left for the day. The impression left is our time is not valuable. I pulled my daughter out of school early to make this trip and she missed valuable time with her coach to make this appointment I left my job early for this appointment. Our main goal today was to make sure she was safe to wrestle with having a tumor in her femur. As a parent I’m worried and he just leaves with NO respect for my child or myself. I’ve been in healthcare for 20 years and I have neverwitnessed adoctorjust leave

Robot Assisted Total Knee Replacement
Dr. Cheung was very friendly and took his time to explain every step of the process. Every member of his team treated me as well as the doctor himself. I'm currently 10 days post-op and doing great. Anytime I have a question or concern, I can call the office and they take care of the issue. I never felt rushed, and I'm thankful I had an amazing doctor.

Have been in pain and misery since my August 2017 knee revision surgery. Bedside manner and staying with a patient after surgery leaves a lot to be desired. I was put off to his PA and eventually not seen anymore because he said there was nothing else he could do. He said he saw nothing wrong and wanted to recommend another doctor to give me a second opinion. I chose my own. I wish I had not done it.

Dr. Cheung removed a dedifferentiated liposarcoma cancer from the back of my leg with two surgeries starting December 2015. He and his staff were fabulous, his mannerism is tops and I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic surgery.
