He wrote false notes on the report about my visit.
I went to ER on December the 28th 2024 because I had a terrible back pain for 4 days. He didn’t visit me, he spent 3 minutes to tell me how pills take and he told me to go home without any test or exam. Charged 550 dollars. On the report he wrote that he did a complete visit. Rude very and unprofessional.

Why no negotiated rates?
He was the ER doctor when i went in with high blood pressure. I saw him for like 5 minutes and he billed my insurnace $2200 for his services. This was over 7 months ago and the billing company that works with him is asking me for $750 since Florida Blue paid the set amount. Why no negaotiated rate? $750 dollars to him and $1400 to the ER room for a two hour stay with high blood pressure. That was a costly two hours...

Very rude and unprofessional. Arrogant at best.
He does not take time with patients, he just comes across as arrogant and with no empathy.

Dr. Loera attended me at South Miami Hospital. He was very calm, professional and throughout. He is also very knowledgeable. He has a lot of years of experience in emergency medicine. He explained the symptoms and procedures in a manner a layman would understand. I really appreciate everything he did in my stay at the hospital

He only saw my husband once, he did NOT show for the discharge. They charged my insurance company $700.00 for the consult. They got paid by the Insurance company according to the contracted amount . They billed me the balance of the charge amount instead of the co pay. I called the office and they promised to fix the error, but instead they sent me to collections. Today, 6 month later they have NOt fixed the problem.. Instead of the $389. they wanted from me I only owe $34.00. Unbelievable !!
