Dr. Felicity Warren, MD

Went for my yearly exam on Thursday. Today is Tuesday. No return call about prescription that were not called in. I’m flabbergasted. Why? The care I received was rushed , doctor seemed annoyed. I was handed a piece of paper with lotions Paper was scrap paper. Items crossed out on one side. Have no clue what the note was about. No one will answer the phone when I call, text to ask. Perhaps office packed up and moved . They mentioned moving. Only thing that makes sense. I’m informing my insurance

This is by far the WORST doctor's office -- for any specialty -- that I have ever visited. If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would. I had a skin biopsy done almost four weeks ago and have yet to receive the results, which by the way I was told via phone call that the doctor's office had received the results less than 2 weeks after the procedure. I have called the office numerous times and have asked to, at the very least, upload the results to the patient portal. To date, I have received neither a phone call nor a copy of my results. Not to mention, I have expressed my concerns several times to multiple staff members. Do yourself a GIANT favor and go elsewhere. The posts relating to the doctor's bed side manners are also very accurate. I will be reporting the lack of standard of care exhibited by this office to the Medical Board directly -- to have a biopsy done (which by the way is not a cheap procedure) and a month later to still not have the results, let alone a phone

This is my 2nd time seeing Dr. Warren and I have to say that I found her to be very professional, attentive and kind. She listens & answered all my questions. I have recommended her to family and friends. And her Assistant, Frederica "Rica" is a jewel; so very friendly and genuine. Very professional and she knows her practice. Just an awesome young woman. Flowers to both "Rica" and Dr. Warren. : - )) Work on the receptionist. She's not very friendly! :-(

Enjoyed my visit and that says a lot when your going to to see a doctor :)

I saw Dr. Warren today and had to cut the visit short due to her poor bedside manner and her general attitude toward me. She spoke down to me as if I were a child. She didn't review my chart and was completely unprepared as she did not know anything about my existing conditions. I will not be returning and will not recommend her to anyone...ever!

I love Dr Warren, I have been going to her for years. She is very thorough.

We have tried for over 2 weeks to get a prescription filled but cannot due to the ineptitude of the Dr. Warren's staff. They have continually prescribed an expensive name brand Morgidox kit when we have asked for a generic (Doxicycline) or just simply the pills (minus the kit) as we have plenty of "kits". I have called multiple times, as has my insurance company. This physician is clearly focused on maintaining its relationship with its drug provider. We've moved to a more ethical practice.

I was important, my health issues were addressed and testing done immediately. Dr. Warren was professional, extremely detailed, taking a proactive approach to determine and treatment. Life changing experience!

I had a full body examination yesterday. 100% pleased with Dr. Warren. Thorough examination, no rushing through anything and every questions/concerns is addressed. Dr. Warren is the most thorough dermatologist I've ever come in contact with! I highly recommend her for any skin concerns!

Dr. Warren was through as was her staff. Very pleased and will re-visit.

I visited Dr. Warren about a week ago for a general cancer screening. After receiving a missed call from her office last Monday about biopsy results, I called back to ask for my results and they did not answer. After not hearing back the next day, I called every day since and left a message. 4 days later, I called again to which I was told that the voicemail box was full and have still not had anyone respond. She has no email or office hours listed anywhere. I will not be visiting her again.

Disappointed after my second visit with Dr. Warren. Her bedside manners this time were completely opposite from the first office visit. I do not recommend Dr. Warren.

Dr. Warren is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and took time with me to carefully examine each area for my skin check appointment. I have gone to three doctors in the past who quickly did a skin exam and rushed me out of the office. What a pleasant experience. Dr. Warren and staff are professional but make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Warren.
