Both Dr. Katz and her medical assistant Sheri are very kind and very welcoming. I got an IUD because my Nexplanon wasn't working out for me and she explained my options and took into consideration what I wanted for my body, rather than just brushing off my concerns. She explained every step of the procedure. When I had a question after my appointment, I was able to ask in the patient portal and get a quick response. Although I was definitely nervous, both Dr. Katz and Sheri made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Katz was not my primary doctor during my pregnancy, however she did cover for my doctor while she was out of town. I had a traumatic pregnancy, and was in some pretty serious pain when my primary left for a long weekend. Long story short, it was in the middle of the night, I was screaming in pain (woke up convinced someone stabbed me; that's how bad it was) at 34ish weeks pregnant. Called the emergency# and got a hold of Dr. Katz... instead of helping me she hung up on me. No exaggerating. She hung up on me and without offering any options for pain management. The only reason I'm giving her 2 stars in because she did call a day or so later and apologized. Once my doctor retired, I switched offices so I wouldn't have to risk having to see Katz. I hope it was a growing lesson for her and truly hope she's doing better.

I highly recommend Dr.Katz my experience was beyond excellent. She help me throughout my pregnancy. Always there to answer my concerns and with a smile on her face. Thank you Dr.Katz!
