Dr. Felicia Fox, MD

Had an appointment Dr. Fox was really nice until I asked about my ultrasound results. She referred me to her husband, Dr. Michael Fox did not tell me my results. I called the office to have it uploaded to patient portal and found out that I had hemorrhagic cyst, endometriosis, and adenomyosis, she couldn’t even tell me when it was up on her computer just referred me to her husband. Haven’t been back since.

If I could give this office zero Stars I would I was going to them to receive an IUD removal and an IUD reinsertion the doctor helping me thought it would be the best practice to have me do an ultrasound as well when I called to confirm that there would be no cost for these things I was informed that there was in fact a $200 charge for my ultrasound. When I called to find out how we could remove this charge I was given then runaround by everyone in this office. Instead of them taking care of the patient first and worry about the money separately they just kept saying there is nothing we can do. I was even transferred to the CEO Brian Thorpe, who laughed at me and my concerns. Said he works for the partners and it's their policy. So just be warned people if you go here and actually need help unless your insurance pays for it the office here is not here to help. Hopefully I can find a good office to take care of me.

Dr. Fox is knowledgeable and personable. Only bad part was waiting one hour in robe in room.

Dr Fox is a very good doctor, and very personable but that is all over shadowed by the MACHINE this office has become. There is no personal attention because they’re just so many patients. You have to be your own healthcare advocate in this office. If you are healthy with no issues great. I’ve had two major issues in the and in both cases the office dropped the ball. In one case Dr. Fox couldn’t even call me to give me the results because she was busy so her partner did. This was for a life changing surgery and she couldn’t find the time to pick up the phone! So a doc totally unaware of my case was advising me, Scary! I also had one misdiagnoses in this office. One of the partners totally missed all signs & tried to say that my condition was due to HPV a total and utter misdiagnosis. I just had blood work done on my hormone levels. I went from estrogen level of 84 to 616 level no one seems to feel this is important. Is it? Welcome to the Machine called Baptist Hospital.

Dr. Fox is simply amazing and very friendly and down to earth!!! Everyone at Faben has been great so far, thank you!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Fox for 4 years now & I am so grateful that I finally found an OBGYN that sincerely cares. I have never been to a Dr's office where, literally, everyone is so nice & helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Felicia Fox to those who want excellent service & to truly feel cared about. Thank you to all for a job well done.

It took me longer to get to my appointment than the actual visit. The staff was courteous, professional, on time and attentive to my concerns! Facility was clean and well maintained.

I have been going to FABEN since 2006. Have seen Dr. Fox the entire time. Have had many procedures done by her and simple annual exams. ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER AND THIS PRACTICE. She is very personable, great bedside manner, caring, compassionate, understanding to your needs and wants, professional, and just an overall AMAZING doctor. Her staff is AWESOME too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dr. and her wonderful facility. Also, has 3 locations to choose from. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Fox is amazing! She led me through pregnancy 17 years ago and now through menopause. I always know my health is in good hands.

Went for routine Pap… very nice and comfy rooms with real robes and sheets to cover up with… Doctor listened to all my concerns and was very gentle and caring… great office atmosphere…

Being new to this state Dr. Fox was very kind, friendly, personable and professional. She listened to my concerns and gave me great medical advice!

I have seen been a patient of hers for over 16 years and never once felt like my health wasn't her primary focus during any of my visits. She is a tender hearted and caring person. For the person who was uncomfortable with her tender touch, shame on you. When seeing and OB you have to realize they cannot always be on time, as they are on call to deliver babies as well.

Dr. Fox is amazing, very smart, kind. She is professional yet personable and funny.

I went to see Dr. Fox for family planning with my PCOS. She ran late every appointment - up to an hour before I complained. My very first appointment, she stroked my leg in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. She did seem to listen to my concerns and had a game plan. Scheduling, however, is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I had to see two other physicians in the practice because after our first two appointments, Dr. Fox was not in the office for two months - and we were on a structured appointment schedule. I would schedule my Cycle Day 12 appointments and get rescheduled or moved to a different physician all the time, even though the doctor never indicated that to me in our meeting, and the initial scheduler never indicated either. They also overcharged me for an appointment with no refund or explanation. One of their ultrasound technicians (only one) was condescending, and honestly rough during a scan. Also refused to work with my insurance for prior authorizations. Don't go to FABEN!

I initially loved Dr Fox but after seeing her a few times for my hormonal imbalance it seems as though my concerns are not being heard! Instead she talked about how her husband is writing a book which had nothing to do with my issue at the time. I literally held back tears during the visit. She should listen more and not assume that she knows everything. I won’t be seeing her again.

AS I THOUGHT FOX IS ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY. I HAD TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE REVIEWS JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WASNT JUST ME. SHE WILL MAKE YOU GET ALL OF THESE DIFFERENT PROCEDURES SO THAT SHE IS PAID BY INS ONCE THAT IS DONE SHE CAN CARELESS ABOUT WHAT YOUR REAL ISSUES IS. SHE IS FULL OF ISH. I WOULD SAY RUN

I have seen Dr. Fox numerous times for my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) to get a handle on what is bothering me - weight gain, hirsuitism, and possible future problems like diabetes. She is very good at handling PCOS. She did tests on me like the glucose tolerance test (GTT) with an added insulin response test which really opened my eyes. No one ever did that test on me and, while the GTT test came back normal like it always has, the Insulin Response Test was completely abnormal. It basically said I'm in pre-diabetes and she broke it down in a way that I could understand. She is very easy to talk to. After consulting with her, I realized I needed to make a drastic change in my diet and decided to lose weight under her guidance. Since seeing her 3 months ago, I've lost about 30 lbs and I feel incredible! My blood pressure is stabilizing and I'm sure my insulin is stabilizing, too, since I am no longer eating so many carbs. I highly recommend her for PCOS!
