FINALLY PROPERLY DIAGNOSED
I HAVE BEEN HAVING MULTIPLE MEDICAL ISSUES FOR YEARS AND BOUNCED AROUND BETWEEN MANY DOCTORS OF DIFFERENT SPECIALTIES WHO ARE STUMPED AND CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT. AFTER ONLY A FEW VISITS AND MULTIPLE TESTS, DR. DEL TORO FINALLY GAVE ME A DIAGNOSIS AND THE CORRECT ONE. HE WAS ABLE TO THEN START TREATMENT, AND AFTER YEARS OF FRUSTRATION, I AM ALREADY STARTING TO FEEL BETTER AFTER ONLY A FEW WEEKS. BLESS HIM AND HIS STAFF FOR THEIR KINDNESS AND EXPERTISE.

Dr Del Torre is fantastic. He is kind, compassionate & patient. His office staff leaves a lot lacking however. His receptionist has no business dealing with people, much less the elderly. She routinely leaves elderly patients standing at her window for 10-12 minutes before acknowledging theirs presence & then slams the window on them without helping them.

Dr. Del Toro has really gone above and beyond to finally diagnose a medical condition that I have had for years that no one could seem to diagnose. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend him any time I can.

Dr. Del Toro has the absolute rudest and most uneducated, passive aggressive staff ever! I have NEVER been treated so badly in all my life before. I walked out in tears without seeing the doctor or getting the results of the bloodwork I had done that was called in by his office two weeks prior. Cannot believe I am sick and took off of work for an appointment just to be treated rude and never got to see the doctor!! Definitely switching internal medicine doctors!

These Doctors here in Lafayette are extremely ridiculously unconcerned about your well being. They do not listen to what your needs are, they DO NOT try to meet your needs especially if your an African American. They brush you off as if you were a piece of nothing. Every doctor I been to out here is a real joke. The staff is just as uneducated as him. So un professional, unknowledgable. I hate All the doctors here they are so unaware of anything.
