Dr. Lafon is one of the kindest Doctors I've ever gone to. She listens and takes the time to hear what my situation is. She refers me to specialists when needed, treats me inhouse when possible, orders prescriptions asap and moved so quickly on my behalf in 2001; she saved my life.

Dr LaFon takes walk-ins as well as makes appointments. If you have an appointment, wait time is usually less than 20 or 30 minutes. A walk- in could be an hour or more depending on how busy they are. My family has been going to Dr LaFon for 20+ years. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She tends to be conservative, taking time to check out all options and takes the time to answer all questions. She makes the necessary referrals to specialists Over the years the office staff can be somewhat kirt but Dr LaFon is not that way at all. Because of circumstances beyond her control, she is now associated with a major hospital rather than being in private practice. An advantage to that is most things are computerized now with an option of using a patient portal.

Long term patient of dr LaFon – Aug 28, 2019

Great doctor. I have been going to Dr. Lafon for over 10 years. I take my wife and children there when they are sick or need vaccinations. I couldn't ask for a better family doctor. I can take any of my family member there anytime when they are sick without an appointment. I have had to wait a while sometimes but considering I never make an appointment that is what I expect.

Dr. LaFon is a very good listener, takes her time with patients, and shows a real concern. The office is good at following up. She has a busy practice, so other people like her as well. However, wait time even for scheduled appointments tends to be excessive, sometimes as much as 3 hours. For urgent appointments, I was frequently referred to an Urgent Care Clinic.

Very rude staff information is not up front. Turned away an elderly woman who travelled 45 miles to see her due to information they could have provided her over the phone. Very very poor poor service and rudeness. Never saw the doctor she should be embarrassed by her staff members.
