Dr. Fausto Sicard, MD

Excellent doctor! Very caring and kind. Takes time with each patient and has resolved every medical issue I have had and I've have been a patient for more than 5 years. Highly recommend. Knowledge and helpful staff.

What stood out for me, Dr Sicard took the time explaining and so very kind. He didn't rush anything. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Sicard was good in the appointment and follow up, left a few things vague but he dumped so much info at once I might have just missed something. The staff on the other hand, are the worst I've ever encountered at a practice before. Condescending remarks, mean looks, and rude phone calls are what to be expected when dealing with this office, I've had such difficulty dealing with a receptionist. You can find a dermatologist around the same quality with much better staff so that's what I'd recommend.

We brought our toddler in for a minor skin issue to ensure it wasn’t a problem and waited for over 1.5 hours past the appointment time. We raised these concerns to the staff with no serious response or apology. We said something to the Doc and he actually stepped into my personal space and made excuses with no apology while our toddler had a full on melt down from waiting for an hour and a half. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Dr. Sicard was extremely professional and caring. He explained clearly everything involved. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, he spoke excellent English and is American and Christian. I would rate him as outstanding.

Dr Sicard and his staff are always very professional and thorough. He is friendly and open to answering all of my questions and concerns. I recommend him to others in need of the services his office supplies.

His staff is rude and insulting. They act like they hate working there. Disappointing because I was recommended by several people. They are nasty, their attitudes are nasty and they should not work with the public.

This so called dr butchered my dad back Had to get a plastic surgeon to try and fix him. The plastic surgeon could not believe the damage this dr caused. 4 years later in excruciating pain because of him Never go see him!

I went to have a small spot on my nose examined. He first thought it was a blackhead and squeezed it and used a metal tool on it (didn't work). Next said he would shave it off and send it to the lab. He said that the area would fill in. After a month, I called to find out my results - no cancer but not sure what it was and BTW they only call you if its cancer. 2 YEARS later my scar has not filled and it will require plastic surgery and a year to heal if I want to fix it - DO NOT GO TO HIM

The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is that the doctor was pleasant. The desk staff is RUDE. They griped to each other the entire time we waited (an hour past the appointment time, and we were early to boot) about how they were overbooked. When we checked in I was informed that coming early wouldn't get us in sooner. I came early to fill out papers as a new patient. I asked how much longer, as my son was out of school for his appointment, I got an eye roll and a short he's next.
