Dr. Farzana Aziz, MD

Dr. Aziz takes time to explain rationales for her testing, answers questions and plots out course of treatment. I was so impressed with her, I recommended my husband change primare care providers and he too was very impressed. Every opportunity I have I recommend her.I recently saw her with what could have turned into a potential health crisis and her compassion and kindness put me at ease. She went an extra mile to make sure I received the necessary testing in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way.

Dr Aziz is very thorough, knowledgeable and caring...perfect mixture of concern and direct guidance.... office staff and nurses are great too!

I’m very confident the negative reviews are regarding a different Dr. Farzana Aziz, who has a history of very bad ratings. This Dr. Aziz s the most kind, compassionate, and helpful doctor I’ve had and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor.

Dr Aziz is wonderful. She practices in the Commack, NY area. She is kind, caring, listens, and knows her patients histories.

Back then they refused to release basic blood work claiming it's against HIPPA. I had to send legal analysis of HIPPA laws to prove that their refusal has nothing to do with HIPPA. Now I needed referral for basic blood panel.Again, refused to give me referral saying that the insurance will not cover my blood work. I called insurance and they said they will absolutely cover blood. I call the office: they said that my blood can't be drawn without Aziz seeing me. Then dropped the call. Rude.

There is another Farzana Aziz MD in Queens with comments regarding rudeness, yelling etc. There must be a mix-up because Dr. Aziz in Commack is thorough, professional and competent. She alwyas takes the time to answer any questions I have in detail and is always polite and caring. Michael - Lake Grove

I have to say in all honesty I have no idea what these negative reviewers. Dr Aziz Has always been nothing but polite to me and always takes the time to answer my questions. My whole family goes to her, and likes her very much. I have no problems with her at all. She seems very knowledgeable and caring to me.

I have found Dr. Aziz to be patient and caring. She shares information and relates interpersonally to me like no other doctor. I am surprised at the reviews I have read here.

Instead of greeting me like a human, and a new patient, she walked into the room stating "I don't shake hands"... completely offensive. I am reporting this "doctor".

Dr.Aziz was not my original Dr. as he has left... I had to see her! She has no manners tells you what SHE thinks! And is the rudest Dr. I've ever been too!!

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Aziz to anyone I know. I would not even refer my worst enemy to her. She is the rudest doctor I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with. She yells at patients like they are peasants. If you ask her to explain something she will just yell at you. Don't take my word for it just look at her staff. Those ladies are terrified of her, is that how a healthcare professional is supposed to be perceived as? Plus she always has one of them re-heat her starbucks.

Dr. Aziz is very friendly and puts you at ease.
