Not keeping her
On the first appointment I had with her she was about an hour behind schedule but did apologize for it. I did not care for her manner. On receiving a test result she got quite noticeably mad at me. I had a discrepancy in my record but refused to accept my answer to it until I reminded her that I had been extremely forth coming in previous questions so why would I lie now and had to add that lying is anathema to me. It serves no purpose. All the medications that I needed refills on weren't filled until weeks later and sporadically. There is still one not filled that I have requested 4 times after a month and a half now. I called her office requesting medication for a yeast infection. It was filled after 3 days and repeated calls to the office; about 4 times. This is unacceptable and I am looking for another doctor!

Only choose Dr. Faridah Rodriquez as your PCP if you're really good at reading your own medical records. She clearly doesn't do it. I'm 70 and she did not tell me I had osteoporosis, brittle bones. I only learned that from the surgeon on my way into spine surgery. She didn't tell me I had Stage 3 kidney disease, which was clearly indicated in blood work she'd ordered. I'd been coughing badly for well over 5 years, but Rodriguez didn't want to find out the cause: she just kept offering meds and OTC remedies, following what she said was protocol. After I insisted on finding out the reason for such disruptive coughing, after I insisted on a chest x-ray, I discovered some very serious news - a life-threatening chronic lung disease! It was sitting there all along, NOT caught or diagnosed by my PCP, Dr. Rodriguez. A primary care physician is supposed to be your first-line medical protector, someone who pays attention to your blood work, lab results, and your medical complaints. Someone wil

I agree she does NOT listen to her patients, She bulldozes with what SHE wants and what SHE thinks is right without listening to the patient. Went to see her for a a specific problem which she ignored completely, she was so focused on her computer and rolling her eyes. NOT happy with the experience I waited over an hour with no other patients in the waiting room only for her to spend 10 minutes if that with me. For negligence & making me wait like my time isn't as important as her's I fired her!

She is so bad. During appointments, really doesn't listen. We are new patients and argued about the treatment our last physician provided because she didn't like the types of medication.

I would recommend Dr. Rodriguez because she listens well, is always willing to to provide additional treatment and remembers personal and medical information. I am not just a number. In fact I am following Dr. Rodriguez to Tiverton, even though it is an hour drive from my house because I appreciate her care so much.
