Dr. Fallon Kapatais is an incredible doctor! She is not only highly knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely kind and compassionate. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel heard and cared for. Her warm and reassuring presence makes every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate the effort she puts into patient care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who is both skilled and kind.

Dr. Kapatais is an amazing doctor! Listens to all concerns, very compassionate and amazing bedside manner. Answered all my questions, called immediately always for any blood work or imaging she had done for me. So glad she is my PCP!

I went through a few doctors and then I gave up in my 20s because I just decided I don't like doctors and they never listen to you. Fast forward a few years and I am really interested in doing a blood test to see what kind of deficiencies I have and I had no dr. to go to. Dr. Kapatais was referred to me by a friend whose referrals I trust… so I gave in and went. I honestly didn’t know if she’d spend two minutes with me or even do the testing because doctors seem to always want to tell you “you’re fine” and send you on your way. I know I am a pretty healthy girl, but I was really interested to see my deficiencies. Not only did Dr.K listen to me, she helped me navigate through my fear of flying, which came up randomly because she actually talks to you and helped me understand more natural and realistic ways of dealing with my health, which is what I was so excited about. I have never felt like a doctor actually cared about me, until I met Dr.K.

Dr is wonderful but front office staff is consistently rude everytime I come in and call.

The office was able to get me in quickly, I was seen promptly at my appointment time and Dr. Kapatias was very thorough in her exam and questions. She really cares and wants her patients cared for properly. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. She even called me the very next day and explained all of my test results and immediately set any follow up appointments that were needed.
