Terrible communication
Dr Ibrahim has terrible communication, to the point that it does not exist. He does not listen or care about me as a patient. I have been having issues for 7 months and the cause of the issues is still not identified. He will tell you he is going to order a test, scan, etc but he nor his staff never calls with results. You are basically on your own with this provider. He is nice enough at the appointment but does no follow up, does not even sign off on office notes. His staff can't even order meds, or referrals due to the doctor being months out on signing off on doctors notes. My last visit was so bad his head nurse provided me with a complaint number to call after I had been waiting for over an hour in a room to see him. I had MRI done over a month ago, and still no call from his office, I was told to "read my chart online" for results.
