Dr. Fadil Yunis, MD

The staff were very friendly, very professional. The Office is always decorated for different holidays. The office was always clean and orderly. Dr. Yunis & Dr. Ignacio are both outstanding doctors. They truly care about their patients, they take time to explain any questions you may have. They are very professional, always on time, don’t leave you waiting. They discuss with you any issues you may have with your medications, your overall health issues, they make you feel like family. The staff always call you the day before your appointment plus provide you with an appointment card, with date & time of appointment. I highly recommend this Practice, they are Outstanding and will take care of you and your pain management issues.

I had an appointment set on Dec 5th, for Dec 30th, called x2 a week prior to confirm the appointment, never had a call back for a confirmation. The day of the appointment they can't find the appointment on the calendar ( set on Dec 5th). They put me "on hold" (actually keep hanging up) several times. I do not recommend this office, they can't find the front door even if it hits them in the face!

Made appointment with Dr. Yunis for a disability rating for the veterans administration to have form VA 21-0960M-14. I was told by the staf that they would have to check with the Dr. to have this form filled out for me. I was then told that the Dr. normally charges $600 for insurance companies and businesses but he would discount it to $200 for me so I said that was fine and have since seen Dr. Yunis several times. Today 6/15/18 I went to pick up the form and they said I owed $600.
