I was told I was his first patient of the day but my son and I waited about 40 min for the Dr. To come in. He apologize for being late. My appt. Was for 8:00 a m and he came in at about 8:40. We figured he was probably having his breakfast.

The physician was very knowledgeable about their area of expertise. However because of that knowledge they were not able to understand that what seemed like something simple/easy for them was very challenging and life changing to me. They did not give me the time or compassion that would have made a huge difference in the outcome of my visit.
