Worst doctor ever. Egotistical, rude and not knowledgeable in her field of medicine. Refuses to listen to anything her patient has to say. Very text book. Impersonal and uncaring. I can’t believe she is even employed.

Yes Dr. Gniado isn't where you go for diagnosis shopping. She won't diagnose without clear indication of the disease. I live with several autoimmune diseases but I've always been fascinated why people will demand the diagnosis they want rather than accept the reality they're not a medical doctor. Funny how everyone wants a diagnosis that might excuse things they don't like about their body i.e. weight but will do everything to dodge a diabetes diagnosis

Disinterested and lacking competence (within hormone receptor agonism/antagonism). When presented with a simple and obvious condition independently diagnosed by two surgeons, would not even examine. Instead, referred to half a thousand dollar tests, took months and a few reminders to schedule them. After I followed through every step, she still would not diagnose the condition and denied me the most common and risk-reward optimal medication. I suspect this comes from her lack of fluency on the topic and bias toward cookie-cutter, even if blatantly suboptimal protocols. Happy lawyers over patient well-being.
