Best Doctor!

Evelyn is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She listens, cares, and addresses every issue and concern brought up. I’ve never felt comfortable going to the doctors until I started seeing her. When I heard she left Crossover in Jeffersonville, IN I was heartbroken. With the updated laws regarding ADD and ADHD medication, I was having a hard time getting back on my medication. When I heard she came back to the Louisville location, I sent her a message, scheduled an appointment and was scheduled with a psychiatrist and back on medication later that month. Without her, I would have struggled with my mental health and slipped back to my old habits. Thank god for virtual appointments because she is always booked 2 months out for in office appointments. Everyone, including myself, has recommended her. You know a doctor is worth the hype if they are booked out longer than a month! I wish we had more doctors like her!

On my initial visit with her I asked that she prescribe an over the counter medicine in a higher mg mainly for convenience and cost savings which she did. When it came time to renew the prescription her staff told me I would have to come back for an office visit before she would approve it! A medicine I can get over the counter in 15mg but merely want the 30mg which requires a prescription and she wants me to come in the office?!? Does that tell you what she's about or not? The old dollar sign. Forget it. I'll buy the over the counter variety and take two!

Dr. Von Bell is intelligent, knowledgeable, listens closely and displays genuine empathy. She is the best family provider I have ever had in my 60+ years. I highly recommend her.
