If facilities are a factor, keep searching
I needed to find a new PCP and chose her practice due to reviews and the close proximity to our home. While I found her to be quite personable and knowledgeable and her staff at the Clarksville location friendly as well, I was quite honestly taken aback by the state of this facility which seems to be based out of her home. The examination room and her office was very dated, cluttered, and did not seem exactly sterile. Perhaps her other practice location in Olney is different but first impression was a lasting one. I am on the search for another PCP.

Dr. Jackson is lacking in compassion (especially when I needed her most) and that is not the type of doctor I want for a primary care physician. Her receptionist is also often rude. I don’t recommend Dr. Jackson as a doctor. I’m much happier with a different primary care physician now, who treats me with respect and compassion and is also knowledgeable and helpful and is not dismissive of patients. I wish I would have switched to another doctor much earlier.

She is caring and does listen to your symptoms. She takes the time to understand you and your problems. I have used her for over 20 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. She is a wonderful, compassionate human being and that is saying a lot.

Dr. Jackson is probably the best family physician I've ever had. She saved my life by listening to what I had to say about specific symptoms, unlike the specialist who pooh-poohed them. If it wasn't for her decisive action, the chances were extremely high I would have lost my life. She diagnosis very well and knows what actions to take. I highly recommend her.

She and her staff are wonderful. no matter which location you go to. I have found, over the years that you often get one or the other. That is not true here.. Both are great.

I have had Dr. Jackson for over thirty years and I can not imagine going to anyone else. She is a brilliant, caring doctor who takes your concerns to heart. She has saved my life more than once and you can't replace that. She listens carefully to you and works with you on your health matters. I have never been rushed while she is with me. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. She was also a doctor for my parents, my late husband, my current husband and many friends of mine.
