The WORST. She has completely ruined my life. While she did fix my retina, she completely trashed the rest of my eye leaving me with multiple chronic conditions I will now have to manage the rest of my life. Most of my recreational activities are now no-nos due to the damage she did to my eye. She does not listen to you, want your input and spot your questions! She’s rude and callus. Stay away!

runs a factory style of medicine
She takes no time to speak with her patients, does not like or welcome questions. Her staff look like they are afraid of her. She cranks through patients unlike I have ever seen a Dr. do. She must be making big money. Don't care for her style and definitely do not recommend her.

Could Not Have Been More Disappointed
Having read about Dr. Fu's qualifications and her expertise, I expected something far better than the dismissive, arrogant, unhelpful experience I had with her. As my own advocate for healthcare, she failed every turn.

Dr. Fu has been treating both of my parents for a decade now. She takes a personal interest in the well-being of her patients. She kept both of my parents seeing and living indepently. When my mom lost her ability to read small print, Dr. Fu took the time to investigate the types of vision aids that would help her. Our family is indebted to her professionalism and kindness. During the pandemic, her team and her didn't shut down but took extra care to change how things were done. We felt very safe through the visits. My parents live in a care facility and both of them rather go through the two week quarantine than missing an appointment with Dr. Fu. She is that important to them.

write public negative reviews, but this was an appointment that was handled poorly from beginning to end, along with two call backs regarding the poor patient care. I had my follow up appt with Dr. Fu, I had a vitreous detachment a couple years ago and I follow up with Dr. Fu a couple times a year. I was scheduled for a routine follow up appt and I had an eye concern to talk about at this appt, I checked in 10 minutes prior to my appt time and waited with a packed waiting room which is not unusual, but this particular day my wait time was well over 2 and a half hours, I finally was called back into a room, my wait time in there was much quicker, Dr. Fu walked in 5 minutes later. Dr. Fu started her exam, conversation was very limited, I did share a new concern I had with my right eye, she was finished with the eye exam and quickly said, "everything looks good, see you in a year" I asked about the concern I am having with my right eye, she said, "I have no idea, see you in a year" as her

I went to see Dr. Fu after I suddenly lost almost all of my vision in the right eye. I called her office as a brand in patient. Her staff added me on to her very full schedule. Dr. Fu was in surgery that morning and saw me in between her patients. She explained to me that I had a retinal detachment and given that I had just lost vision, she wants to do surgery immediately to save as much as she could. She moved her scheduled patients a little later and did surgery on me during her lunch hour. I'm four months after surgery now and I have all of my vision back! She is amazing and I'm forever indebted to her! If you have any retina problems, there is no one better to see!

Truly a professional who loves her job as a surgeon. I am 99 percent satisfied. She does a fair job explaining things, but that is what her staff is their for. I would recommend her in a heart beat. She saved my vision. Ken She loves what she does and it shows.
