Dr. Evelyn Cathcart, MD

Dr. Cathcart always has time to listen, she cried with me when I lost my daughter, has come listen to me sing and celebrated my life’s victories.

I have seen Dr. Cathcart since I was a young adult, or possibly teenager. She always listens to what is going on with me and asks important questions. She provides time for each visit to try and find a solution to whatever health issues are going on. She gives excellent health advice and if she is unsure of a solution, she will do the research to figure it out. She is honest and polite. I truly appreciate her genuine care for her patients.

Dr. Cathcart has been my doctor for many years. In 2016 I went in for my routine physical and pap. She found a very small lump in my left breast that turned out to be cancer. She immediately scheduled me for a mammogram and called me with the results. My cancer was caught very early and I know that it was because of Dr. Cathcart being such a through doctor. She truly treats you like if you were one of her family members. I love her and will always be grateful for the care she has giving me.

She is a great doctor she is quick to return calls and has gone out of her way to help me when I need her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cathcart for over a decade and she is very attentive, caring, non-judgemental, and an exceptional physician overall. She is an excellent listener and is very thorough when it comes to explaining medication options as well as other lifestyle changes that could decrease negative effects from various diagnoses' you may have, without coming off as pushy or judgemental in any way. Her nurse can be a bit abrupt, or at least was with me on one occasion when she first began working in the office. She might have been just having a rough day though because I haven't had any negative experiences with her nurse since then.

Dr. Cathcart takes time with you and answers your questions. I highly recommend her. Wait time is usually short and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
