Money hungry and incompetent. Has no eye contact. Strange personality. Whole staff is bazaar. They’re zombie-like. Looooong wait. She couldn’t even remove a tiny mole from my pinky finger. Ha ha ha! Unbelievable how some people make it in this world. Please get a second opinion before having procedures done! I waisted time and money going twice. Guess I needed to prove my first instincts were right! Don’t make my mistake! Horrible “DOCTOR”!!!! And creepy.

I’m very satisfied with Dr. Perez. She successfully treated me for squamous cell carcinoma. At each visit she photographs areas she wants to keep an eye on. I find her to be knowledgeable with a very nice bedside manner. She remembers her patients too, whenever I come in she always says “didn’t I want to check such and such” because she remembers her patients and their conditions. Yes, sometimes there’s a wait but that’s a testament to her skill. Highly recommend

I moved to NYC, and first she reduced my meds, because what was working for me, was outside her comfort zone. I was on too much antibiotics. WELL.. Let me tell you, like I told her, it works for me! THEN I, and my pharm, have to, figuratively, bang on her door EVERYtime I need a new prescription (ie MONTHLY). After the last time, I asked - "Do I need an appt?" It had been about 6 months. I was told that wasn't necessary. Now, 1 week after the pharm called I "Need an appt" for meds. Yeah, thanks.

She only cares about the money not the patients. She doesn't know what she is doing. She wanted to sell me a cream from her office instead of writing a perscription. I felt like i was in a grocery store not a doctor's office. Plus herself needs help with acne scaring. I don't recomend her at all.

I liked her a lot. She was polite, friendly and had a nice calm speaking voice. A++++
