Dr. Lou has been my heart Dr. for over 10 years since my heart attack. He is so busy but always attentive, very caring, listens, friendly, personable. When I compliment Dr. Lou to the nurses, everyone says he is terrific. I am very blessed to to have him as my doctor!!!!!!

Excellent. Annual appointment, it ran late but I believe it's because Dr. Lau gives the patient the time necessary. I don't mind waiting to get the Dr's full attention for my visit.

Dr. Lau is extremely knowledge. He takes the time to listen, and he goes to great lengths to make sure you understand. I just recommended him to one of my closest friends!
