Great Doctor
Seeing Dr. Branscum was a great decision. When my family and I moved to the area we didn’t have a doctor but got lucky in finding Dr. Branscum. His care and compassion were second to none and the staff was excellent as well.

Negligent Doctor
We began using Dr Branscum because of his affiliation with Cox and the ability for all records to be seen by any Cox Doctor. I had skull x-rays done in November 2023 and he stated either he or his nurse would call me the next day with results. I have never received a callback.In Dec, my husband had a heart attack and follow up was with Dr Branscum. He asked if my husband needed a prescription for the pain the hematoma's caused and he said yes. After 2 days and 5 calls we finally got the medication by escalating above Dr Branscum. I advise not to use him for any life threatening illnesses. He is negligent.

World Class Doctor
Dr. Branscum is an amazing doctor, who is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, has great bedside manner, and is all around a phenomenal physician. Refuse to see anyone else for my care

He is most uncaring Dr I have ever been to.Tell him about your problem ,he ignores .never checks you over anywhere.

I like the doctor but am really upset the his office won't return calls I leave a number. I need prescription transfered to a new pharmacy and they won't call back I need things filled because I am out
