Mixed Experience: Broken Promises Amidst Good Care
My recent experience with GW Obstetrics and Gynecology has left me with conflicting feelings. During my consultation with Dr. Friedman, I found him to be incredibly informative and attentive. His expertise and demeanor during the appointment reassured me that I was in good hands.However, despite the positive experience during the appointment, I was deeply disappointed when the office later informed me that Dr. Friedman was no longer practicing there. The broken promise of his involvement in my care left me feeling disheartened and uncertain about the next steps in my medical journey.Furthermore, the communication within the practice regarding the status of my surgery was lacking. Despite assurances during the appointment, I was left waiting for updates without any clear direction.While I appreciated Dr. Friedman's professionalism during the appointment, the subsequent breakdown in communication and broken promises have significantly impacted my trust in GW Obstetrics.
