I have been seeing Dr. Sledz for over 20 years. She is a true primary physician who looks at the big picture. Her actions and recommendations are spot on and trustworthy. Too bad they had to become part of a giant system. They always used to get me in if there was anything potentially serious. Now I have to see a stranger if I have to be seen quickly. It is reassuring to me that Dr. Sledz is there for me!

Dr. Sledz is very thorough, pleasant, has a sense of humor and...... listens! I never felt rushed. Her clinical staff is also very pleasant and easy to communicate with. If you have a problem, she will investigate it, not brush it off as patient hypocondria.

Very pleased with Dr. Sledz. She is empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. I have never been disappointed since choosing her as my primary care physician. I highly recommend her!

Dr Sledz is nice but the practice as a whole is impossible to deal with. First, it's very difficult to schedule an appointment or to talk to someone at the practice because you have to go through the Advocate portal. In 3 years, I have never received a response from them via the portal or from an email they allegedly answer. If I have to get an Rx renewed, they do.not respond to Walgreens. I have to go to the office in person. They have no one to talk to to fiix billing errors they made.

Dr. Sledz is very nice. What I do not like about her office is that you can call this office only through the central scheduling. If you want to leave a massage for the doctor you also have to do it through central scheduling. It is very annoying.
