Very disappointed and disgusted
Worst experience with this doctor. My husband came in with shortness of breath and exacerbated sarcoidosis. Dr Rubin was very rushed during visit and left (for the day) before the visit ended. No one cared to call and discuss the results of the Catscan she ordered. Not to mention he is still short of breath and in need of steroids. There were abnormalities that were very concerning to us. With no success trying to call and get someone to help us I decided to drive to the office because the call center was unsuccessful getting the office to respond to my urgent messages. I arrived to an empty waiting room and was told Dr Rubin was on vacation. We can follow up in a week! I was irate and told them that is not acceptable. How can she order a test and it goes ignored and the untreated patient is getting worse. Apparently she was covering for herself . We were left in limbo and had to find a new pulmonary doctor. Very upsetting experience

Dr Rubin may need a vacation, or maybe she has just become completely desensitized. Would not look at my iCT images. “You will lose all the lining in your lungs, and they will look like Swiss cheese. Your PFT came out great! See you next year”. Im not kidding. After seeing a different doctor I learned that I have trace emphysema. No doc, you will not be seeing me next year. Not ever again. This was my experience. I guess eventually there will be someone who will push you to make one of these reviews.

Best there is!!
I had been to the Dr 6x over 8 weeks and had my concerns dismissed as slow recovery from the flu. My breathing was getting worse and worse and I had developed a cough so bad I would vomit from the violence of it. I credit Dr. Ruben with saving my life. She took my concerns seriously, did every test possible and tried therapies and antibiotics until she figured it out. I truly believe if I had gone sooner my lungs may not be damaged and that if I hadn't gone when I did, I may actually have died and if not, my life would certainly have changed for the worse. I was at yhe point where i had to rst during a shower and couldn't walk to the mailbox without sitting in between. She gave me my life back.

I saw Dr. Rubin at Advantage Care Physicians last month. I loved her! She was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of my condition and needs. I've seen a lot of doctors over many years and my visit with her was a very refreshing experience. Her treatment plan has been very successful and I'm seeing promising results. I highly recommend her. She's an asset to the Advantage Care team.

I would never recommend Dr. Eva Rubin to any one. I don't understand how a doctor can practice in the U.S. and barely speak english. Eva was rude, disrespectful and waisted my time visiting her office. After waiting 3 months for an appointment she refused to see me (her reason, she didn't get my medical records). She is unprofessional, poor bedside manner and had a look of being clueless, lazy and careless. She needs to not continue practicing medicine.
